Dissertation is devoted to a complex criminal-legal characteristic of preclusion of legal activities of labour unions, political parties, non-governmental organizations. The dissertation draws distinction between corpus delicti, provided by the Art. 170 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and corpora delicti of administrative delinquencies. The dissertation proposes understanding of objective and subjective attributes of corpus delicti provided by the Art. 170 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
