Azarov Y. The Lucrative Crime Prevention on the Passenger Railway of Ukraine

The comprehensive study of lucrative crime on railway passenger transport is conducted. In this work, the criminal-legal characteristics of selfish crimes committed on passenger rail transport are studied. The specificity of the criminological characteristics of the most common crimes in this category, the regular connections between its elements and the ways of their use in the organization of preventive activities is shown. The complex of organizational, legal, operative-search and other measures for their elimination is offered. The study is determined by a clearly defined applied aspect and the practical implementation of the methodological recommendations and proposals developed on its basis, which are embodied in the Comprehensive Target Plan for the prevention and suppression of mercenary crimes committed on passenger rail transport for the period 2018-2020, is practically implemented.
