Essay

The object of the study is the processes of state regulation of innovative development of education in Ukraine. The purpose of the dissertation is improving of the system of theoretical and methodological provisions and developing of scientific and practical recommendations for improving of the state regulation of innovative development of education in Ukraine through the activation of socio-economic levers of the implementation of state policy in education. The methods of research are monographic, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, abstract-logical, structural-logical, economic-statistical, comparison and ranking of objects. The scientific novelty of the obtained results of the dissertation is the deepening of the theoretical positions and improving of the methodical principles of the use of socio-economic levers of state regulation of innovative development of education in Ukraine. The system of indicators of the effectiveness of the use of socio-economic levers of state regulation of innovation education development in Ukraine was proposed for the first time. The classification characteristics of the goals of the educational process; theoretical and methodological provisions for the development of the education system on an innovative basis; conceptual provisions of scientific and educational design were improved. The analytical content on the dynamics of socio-economic indicators of the education system in Ukraine; formalization of the description of the model of educational services quality;scientific principles of the reform of the domestic sphere of education; informational and methodological support for evaluation of educational activity based on the matrix have been further development.
