Shulgin V. Realization of the military legislation of Ukraine: theoretical and legal aspects

The thesis analyzes general theoretical principles and territorial and legal aspects of the process of realization of military legislation of Ukraine in conditions of vital activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The origins and genesis of legal means of realization of military legislation of Ukraine are established. The concept of the legal regime of the implementation of the military legislation of Ukraine as a certain correlation of complexes of legal means and methods (obligations, prohibitions, permits) that reflect a predominantly authoritative militaristic-mandated system of public relations and is ensured by military legal education, conviction is clarified, stimulation and military-domineering coercion (in special cases using physical force and weapons) under democratic civil control state.
