Kuznetsova L. Special Aspects of the Ukrainian Fundamental Labour Law Institutions Establishment and Development (the 18th - the beginning of the 21st centuries)

The thesis deals with the analysis of the special aspects of the Ukrainian fundamental labour law institutions establishment and development from the 18th until the beginning of the 21st centuries. Theoretical and methodological basis for the interpretation of the issues concerning the Ukrainian fundamental labour law institutions establishment and development during the period in question is considered in the paper. A comprehensive review on theoretical, legal and historical framework of both theoretical and applied aspects of the Ukrainian labour law institutions differentiation has been carried out. The grounds for the rise of labour customs of the Ukrainian people and the nature of their customary and legal regulation are clarified.
