Buleiko A. Relief from criminal responsibility due to the active repentance in Ukraine and other countries: comparative law analysis

The thesis is devoted to the comparative law study of the features of relief from criminal responsibility due to the active repentance in Ukraine and other countries. Problems of theoretical grounding and practice of application of the provision on relief from criminal responsibility due to the active repentance are considered in the context of the development of incentive criminal law provisions and of the institute of relief from criminal responsibility as an alternative measure to stop the criminal prosecution of a person under the non-rehabilitating circumstances. On the ground of the completed study there were formulated the theoretical concepts and practical recommendations on improving of the relevant criminal legislation, as well as of juridical and investigative practice.
