Hryhorieva O. Aggression and its manifestation in crimes of violent orientation

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of aggression, which finds its manifestation in crimes of forcible orientation (criminal aggression). The formulation of the actual definition of the concept of aggression is a socially dangerous form of manifestation of the desocalisation of a person associated with the unlawful, intentional infliction of violence in order to cause physical, mental suffering, bodily harm or deprivation of life. The measures of general social and special-criminological (individual prophylaxis) prevention of aggression are investigated. A series of measures for the individual prevention of aggression with the consideration of gender (male, female) and age (minor) characteristics of subjects are proposed.
