The thesis is devoted to investigation of the peculiarities of pregnancy period and delivery process, the state of endothelium, functional state of vegetative involuntary nervous system and fetoplacental complex in case of reduced amount of amniotic fluid (120 pregnant women with oligohydramnios). There were determined main risk factors: complicated obstetric and reproductive anamnesis, existence of somatic pathology, social. Complex analyses extended available data on the mechanism of formation and development of perinatal pathology, that allowed to improve the therapeutic and prophylaxis algorithm of preventive measures and treatment with adding angioprotective, antioxidans, antimicrobial and lactic rejuvenating therapy in women with oligohydramnios.
