The thesis describes a problem of increasing of the diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis of vulvovaginitis in girls. The study contains the complex researches of the development of vulvovaginitis basing on clinical flowing, vaginal microbiocenosis, condition of the systemic and local immunity and profile of cytokines. The analysis of А1267G polymorphism of the gene HSP70-2 (id.:rs1061581) in the structure of the patients suffering from vulvovaginitis has been performed for the first time; there has been established its influence on the production of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines.
