Panasyuk V. Constitutional and legal grounds of state youth policy realization in Ukraine

Thesis represents studies in the sphere of constitutional and legal grounds of state youth policy realization in Ukraine. Research work contains definition and content of such a category as "constitutional and legal grounds of state youth policy realization". An author gives definition of "constitutional and legal grounds of state youth policy realization". It should be understood as a system of concepts, purposes, principles and legal norms, which are established or came from Constitution or any other Laws and determine legal and institutional grounds of state, as well as public authorities interaction with youth generation and civil society in order to create proper conditions for full-fledged development of the youth.
