The thesis is devoted to the formation of a scientific and practical paradigm of constitutional axiology, taking into account the constitutional and legal realities of domestic practice. The formation and development of constitutional axiology is investigated. The genesis of the scientific and practical paradigm of constitutional axiology is revealed using the historical approach. The scientific practical orientation and nature of constitutional axiology are substantiated. Methodological principles of constitutional axiology are formed. The nature of constitutional values, their structure and features are determined and investigated.
