The object of the research is the process of assessing the technical condition and safe operation of the main circulation pump of the nuclear power plant; The purpose of the work is to scientifically substantiate the methods for evaluating the technical condition and safe operation of the main circulation pump of the nuclear power plant, taking into account the processes of its degradation and improving the methodological and regulatory support. The novelty is based on the following scientific developments: For the first time, the mathematical model of the main circulation pump was proposed based on its physical properties, which allowed to analyze the influence of technical parameters and external operating conditions on the equipment work and to formulate the task of conducting diagnostics of technical parameters with further complex evaluation of the technical state of the pump; For the first time a mathematical model of the dependence of the relative estimation coefficient on the operational parameters determining the aging of the main circulation pump was obtained, which allowed to improve the method of estimating the technical state of the pump, taking into account the processes of its degradation; The method for evaluating the technical state of the main circulation pump and its elements in the long term of operation was further developed, using numerical simulation with the help of the developed software settlement complex. Methods of research: Theoretical ones are based on modern in the modern position of the theory of standardization, on the fundamental positions in the study of the spatial distribution of the desired functions, the method of finite elements, the modern provisions of the theory of qualimetry. In theoretical studies also used methods of system approach and analysis, modeling for analysis of the definition of aging process specifications during the operation of the pump. Experimental researches are based on the statistical processing of the obtained NPPs, the results of natural measurements and surveys, as well as on the use of proven engineering methods for assessing the technical condition, modern measurement equipment and existing regulatory and methodological support
