Babiuk M. The higher educational establishments as parties in civil relations

The dissertation is devoted to the research of civil legislation of Ukraine with the purpose of obtaining scientifically substantiated and reliable results and recommendations for the formation of a holistic concept of improvement of the national legislation regarding the legal regulation of the participation of higher educational establishments in civil legal relations. The paper describes the general characteristics of higher educational establishments as participants in civil legal relations, in particular, the concepts, features and features of civil-legal personality of higher educational establishments are highlighted.
