Panina Y. Legal Regulation of Franchise Agreement in the European Union and in Ukraine.

The thesis contains analysis of theoretical and practical issues related to the regulation of relations arising from the franchise agreement. In the thesis investigated the legal nature of the franchise agreement, clarified its subject, defined the main features that make it possible to distinguish franchising agreement from other similar legal structures, in particular the contract of commercial representation and distribution agreement, summarized and improved existing scientific doctrine classification of franchise agreement. Done the complex analysis of the sources, rules of which govern the relationship between the parties to the franchise agreement in the European Union and its individual member states, the legal nature of such sources. Based on a detailed analysis of individual acts of legislation of Ukraine defined and structured main problems of legal regulation of franchising agreement in Ukraine, which require urgent solution.
