Essay

In the first section of the dissertation, considers the genesis of the concept of a limited liability company and establishes its legal status. The issue of the authorized capital, the concept of a company participant, his rights and duties are considered. The main approaches to the concept of share in a limited liability company registered capital are investigated. The necessity of using the term "part in a limited liability company" is substantiated instead of "part in the authorized capital of a limited liability company".
