Essay

The thesis is dedicated to comprehensive study of the property right in housing. The property right in housing is substantiated to be rightfully attributed not only to property rights. It is concluded that the property right in housing has dual nature, which on the one hand is considered to be personal non-property rights connected with social life of a natural person, on the other hand regulation of the property right in housing due to the need to own and use certain tangible welfare. The property right in housing has an absolute nature, a greater extent of competence in comparison with other property rights.
