In the dissertation the complex scientific research of the problems of special types of release from criminal liability for corruption crimes has been carried out. The concept of the mentioned incentive institution, the conditions and grounds for its application, the social-legal precondition and the place of special types of release from criminal liability for corruption crimes in the criminal law system are determined. A comparative legal study of the provisions of Ukrainian and foreign legislation on special types of dismissal from criminal liability for corruption crimes has been conducted. The compliance with international standards of the grounds and conditions of special types of release from criminal liability for corruption crimes in Ukraine has been analyzed.
