Rybchych I. The mechanisms of state regulation of physical culture and recreation activity in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical positions and practical directions of realization of the state policy concerning physical culture and recreation activity of the population in Ukraine. The thesis analyzes the state of scientific development of the theme. legislative, normative-legal and institutional support of physical culture and recreation activity. The problems of practical implementation of programs and measures on popularization of physical culture and mass sports in the state are determined. The global experience of the state regulation of physical culture and recreation activity as well as its implementation in Ukraine are investigate. The urgent tasks have been substained and practical recommendations for state authorities on implementationof the mechanisms of state regulation of physical culture and health activities of the population on the principles of healthy lifestyle in Ukrainian society have been developed.
