Semenova M. Economic and Legal Regulation of Tourist Activity.

The thesis is a complete scientific work, containing new theoretically reasoned results that collectively solve scientific challenge, which is to determine the essence of relations arising during the realization of tourist activity, to characterize the main economic and legal means of their regulation, to identify the main shortcomings of the legal mechanism in the field of economic and legal regulation of tourist activity and directions for its improvement. The thesis is dedicated to the study of the peculiarities of economic and legal regulation of the activity of economic entities conducting tourist activity and legal classification of tourist services, including excursion activities and provision of services for temporary placement (accommodation).
