Bulhakov A. Legal regulation of rational use and protection of land in Ukraine in the twentieth century.

The thesis is devoted to the research of scientific literature, legislative and other normative legal acts. A comprehensive study of legal regulation of rational use and protection of land in Ukraine in the twentieth century was carried out. The historical and legal analysis of historical conditions of formation and development of legislation in field of land protection was conducted. The main stages, directions and historical patterns of development of land protection norms are outlined, peculiarities of the formation of approaches of the legal regulation of rational use and protection of lands in the historical stages are analyzed; features of the special order of protection and rational use of the land types of the special value are defined and determined; the theoretical positions, conclusions and suggestions on the use of positive experience and taking into account shortcomings during the implementation of the modern land reform were formulated.
