Scientific work is devoted to depression of frequency of perinatal pathology at women with decompensation form of placental dysfunction by improvement of the main diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Need of complex assessment of condition of fetus and the newborn is scientifically proved at the compensated placental dysfunction and diagnostic criteria of gravity of condition of fetus are presented. The detailed analysis of the reasons and risk factors of development of decompensation placental dysfunction, features of offensive and the course of pregnancy which became complicated serious condition of fetus, perinatal results depending on terms of development of this complication is carried out. Available data on a pathogenesis of an arrest of development of fetus on the basis of conducted complex ekhografical and dopplerometrical research with blood flow assessment in arterial (including blood flow assessment in an aorta of fetus, a median and cerebral artery, an artery of cord, renal and adrenal arteries) and a venous blood flow of fetus are expanded. The analysis of the hormonal status of newborns with antenatale critical condition is submitted, prognostical adverse indicators of level of stressful hormones in development of neonatal neomortality, neurologic and mental case rate of children in the remote period are taped. The advanced algorithm of additional diagnostic criteria of an assessment of condition of fetus is scientifically reasonable at decompensation form of placental dysfunction for choice of optimum obstetric tactics for depression of perinatal pathology.
