Scientific work is devoted to rising of efficiency of restoration of genesial function at women with endometrioma cysts of ovaries on the basis of studying of clinical-functional and endocrinologic features, and also improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions with use of an endoscopy and auxiliary genesial technologies. The role of an endometrioidal lesion of ovaries in genesis of female sterility is investigated. Influence of degree and localization of lesion of ovaries, and also accompanying genital pathology on the clinical course of female sterility is shown. The role of disturbances of an ovarialny reserve and a functional condition of ovaries is presented at various degree of the endometrioidal lesion, one - and bilateral the endometriomas. Correlation interrelations between age of women, option of adjyuvante therapy and technique of auxiliary genesial technologies (ICSI and an extracorporal fertilization) at women with an endometrioidal lesion of ovaries are established. It allowed to prove scientifically advanced algorithm of carrying out auxiliary genesial technologies after expeditious treatment the endometrium. Comparative aspects of frequency and structure of disturbances of genesial function at women with various degree and localization of an endometrioidal lesion are shown. he most informative markers of functional condition of ovaries are presented, including and an ovarialny reserve, at patients with endometrioma. Criteria of indications and the distinctive moments of tactics of carrying out auxiliary genesial technologies at patients with an endometrioidal lesion of ovaries after expeditious treatment are developed.
