Essay

The object of study is the process of human interaction and information system in order to find relevant information in the text content. The aim of the research is to improve the efficient interactivity with the user through the development of information technology support tool "question and answer" based on imagery analysis of professional texts. Methods of the theory of lexicographic systems, probability theory, fuzzy relations theory, expert estimation are used. Theoretical results: the formal model of search for an expanded answer from the question pronoun has developed further on the basis of the applied theory of the first order, which formulates the answers to questions on the basis of information not from one, but from several sentences of the text, taking into account the semantics of the prepositional pronoun and the syntactic sentence structure; for the first time the method has been created to support the "question-answer" function based on the figurative analysis of text content, which is based on multi-stage analysis of sentences of a separate text, which ends with figurative analysis and the construction of the knowledge base and the application of models and algorithms for professional content processing; the method of obtaining the answer to the user's questions by accelerating the work of the system is improved, which is ensured through the management of dynamic memory, the difference of which is the elimination of external fragmentation; for the first time, information technology supporting the "question-answer" function was developed on the basis of a figurative analysis of professional texts, which differs by application of models and methods developed in the research. Practical results: developed algorithms and software of the information technology is to reduce the search time and improve the relevance of unstructured, in particular, textual information in the functional boundaries of the "question-answer" system. The degree of implementation: the results of the research were implemented at the enterprises of Open Company "Anfol", LLC "Quark Consulting", in a consortium of universities in the course of the implementation of the international educational project ERASMUS + and in the educational process of the department of automatics and information-measuring equipment of Vinnytsia National Technical University.
