This thesis presents the solution of the scientific problem of developing means for multivariate analysis and estimation of efficiency indexes of a behavior algorithm of an onboard radio telemetry system with short-term use. New method for constructing mathematical models of behavior algorithms of such systems for automated evaluation and analysis of their efficiency indexes is presented. The efficiency indexes of onboard radio telemetry system were carried out: the probability of successful execution of the behavior algorithm within certain period of time and the average duration of execution of the behavior algorithm. The behavior algorithm of the onboard radio telemetry system has some features that should be explicitly reflected on its flowchart. These features are: existence of loops and unsuccessful attempts of behavior algorithm execution allows displaying not only reliability but also functional behavior of the radio telemetry system and includes an ability to use time redundancy and hardware diagnostics. The stochastic and deterministic transitions are taken into account for distinction of hardware failures and faults and an exit from loop by certain conditions. For behavior algorithm of short-term used systems, the neglect of unsuccessful attempts makes an error with the efficiency indexes evaluation. Such error subsequently affects the results of parametrical synthesis of the onboard radio telemetry system. From the analysis of information sources it was revealed, that neither of known methods fully allows solving the task of behavior algorithm analysis of complex system during pre-design stage. So, it was established the important task to improve the state-space method and to develop new method of constructing mathematical models for evaluation and analyzing the efficiency indexes of behavior algorithms. The method for automated construction of the graph of states and transitions was improved. On basis of this modified state-space method the technique for studying models of behavior algorithms of short-term used systems was developed. The scheme of paths method was proposed as the second method for constructing models and analyzing behavior algorithms. It allows formalizing and automation of the efficiency indexes evaluation of the behavior algorithms. Thus, a technique based on scheme of paths method and a mission-related software prototype were developed. The software prototype provides real-time solution for multivariate analysis and parametric synthesis of behavior algorithms of onboard radio telemetry system with short-term use.
