Essay

In this dissertation it is developed the efficiency of traction mode of preschool age children using methods of folk physical education. Based on the results of the investigation, it was developed a classification of usage of the means of folk physical education in the physical education of the senior preschool age children. To form the motor regime of children, in preschool educational establishments there was provided the means of folk physical culture on the lessons of physical training, individual classes, independent work and walks. In the structure of the traction mode regime, alternating physical exercises of different orientations and the formation of a positive attitude to physical activity was foreseen accordingly to the usage of national games and amusement.
