Essay

The goal of this work is to improve the efficacy of management of adrenal deseases by means of implementation of the welding technology in adrenal surgery. A total of 437 patients, who underwent surgeries on adrenal glands were analyzed. Application of the welding technology in open and laparoscopic adrenal surgery allowed to lower intraoperative blood loss, shorten operating time, lower postoperative VAS scores and analgetics consumption, shorten hospital stay of patients in comparison with surgeries performed by traditional techniques.
