Maksymovych R. Constitutional and legal protection mechanism of social and economic rights and freedoms of man and citizen in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to carrying out comprehensive and systematic analysis of scientific and theoretical understanding of the protection mechanism of social and economic rights and freedoms of man and citizen, paradigm clarification of interaction of its elements, analysis and output of patterns of the international practice of protecting this category of rights and freedoms. The paper reveals a modern understanding of social and economic rights as the basis for the formation and functioning of a welfare State. It is proved that in the developed democratic countries the formation of the concept of socio-economic rights and freedoms and the development of the doctrine of a welfare State are interdependent, interrelated and complementary processes.
