Essay

Dissertation is an independent completed scientific work, which is devoted to a complex research of dealership activity legal regulation. Different forms of dealer activity are highlighted. The universal division of dealer activity forms by the criterion of the dealer relations base are offered: 1) contractual (upon the dealership agreement, the agreement on cooperation agreement of commercial concession, distribution agreements, supplies, etc.); 2) corporative (creation of a group of companies (dealers) by general company with the one ultimate beneficial owner manufacturer); 3) mixed (combination of contractual and corporate forms elements). The definition and features of dealer operations are formulated and classified. The paper reveals the composition of dealer relations such as subjects, objects, content. The difference between dealer activity and the legal intermediary is argumented. It is proved that in terms by the law approach dealer is not intermediarer, by at an economic point of view dealer is the intermediarer.
