Alaya L. Optimization of conservative treatment of genital prolapse in women with perimenopause.

The work is dedicated to improving the treatment of women with genital prolapse associated with connective tissue dysplasia in perimenopause. A comparative, complex study of the correlation between clinical, phenotypical and biochemical aspects of development genital prolapse was conducted. The results allowed to determine genital prolapse as visceral marker of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia. It was proved etiopathogenetic factors contribute metabolic disorders of the connective tissue, mineral, enzyme metabolism in the development of prolapse of genitalia. Scientifically proven that the proposed complex therapy allows to quickly reduce the catabolism of collagen of connective tissue, stabilize mineral metabolism, reduce the activity of proteases. Complex therapy scheme of genital prolapse with taking into account pathogenetic features and the inclusion in the therapeutic complex of drugs regulating metabolic processes in the connective tissue and processes of collagen formation leading to more early and sustained clinical effect, prevents disease progression compared to conventional therapy and the using of isolated Volume-forming agent.
