The object of research - the processes of personnel management in organizational systems; the purpose is to improve the organizational management of human resources by developing a progressive information technology supporting decision-making in the tasks of rational selection and training of personnel in the organizational system; methods - system analysis, set theory, information modeling, project management and process approach for the development of information models for selection and training of personnel, expert evaluation; the application of information technology for selection and training of personnel is proposed on the basis of the adaptive testing method. The field of use is in organizational systems, ensuring expansion of the functionality of integrated automated systems of personnel management at enterprises and organizations of Ukraine.
