Essay

The purpose of the dissertation work is to increase the efficiency of the operation of a single-piston mortar by reducing the flow of pulsations along the pipeline of the solution and increasing its volume efficiency through the use of the combined compensator of the increased volume. Dependence is found for determining the degree of pulsations of pressure. The analytical dependences are established for determining the intensity of removal of compressed air as a function of time, temperature, pressure, displacement of the solution, its volume in a cylindrical chamber. The ranges of rational operating modes of the mortar pump are determined in which the machine is used with the maximum volume efficiency at reduced power consumption. Mortar pump with combined compensator of increased volume used for plaster works at the address Poltava, st. Vyzka 7a when a ten-storey building in the production conditions of a construction organization.
