Essay

The object of the study is the process of surface contamination of plate heat exchangers and plate heat exchangers. The aim of the dissertation is to study the features of the heat transfer process taking into account deposits on the surfaces of collapsible plate heat exchangers and to create a method for designing, modeling and predicting the performance of plate heat exchangers and plate heat exchangers from taking into account the appearance of contamination of the heat exchange surface on the basis of experimental data and situ vyprobuvan.U We used theoretical methods of mathematical analysis and modeling, experimental methods for measuring fat, full-scale monitoring of system operation plate heaters. Construction of a mathematical model taking into account the pollution was carried out using numerical methods and methods of regression analysis. The method of pinch analysis was used to assess the energy efficiency of the evaporation and preheating section. Based on the theoretical and experimental studies carried out: the method of optimal design of plate heat exchange equipment was developed on the basis of the reduced cost criterion, which allows minimizing capital and operating costs for the installation and operation of the heat exchanger; the method of optimum determination of the heat transfer surface of the system of successively installed plates is developed astih heat exchangers for the criterion of reduced costs, which allows to realize the greatest technical and economic efficiency of the system, proposed a method with regard to the pollution of the heat exchange surface in the design of lamellar heat-exchange equipment based on the criterion of reduced costs, through which the forecasting of the operational capacity of equipment during the operation is realized. The novel novelty of the obtained the results are that the basic principles of the optimal project are scientifically substantiated and formulated Reference of plate heat exchangers in the light of sediments from water on heat transfer surfaces during their operation.
