The thesis is devoted to improvement of methods of synthesis, the study of the physicochemical and biological properties of 2-R-phenyliminothiazole derivatives. 95 new compounds were synthesized and revealed among them substances with high analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antihistamine, antishock, antimicrobial, antifungal and moderate antioxidant activity. The studies on the “structure – activity” relationships were conducted. The leading compound with high analgesic activity were selected and patented.
