The dissertation is devoted to the development and validation of quantitative determination methods of combined extemporal ointments active ingredients, made with using of hydrocortisone 1 % ointment and tetracycline 3 % ointment industrial production. Methods of hydrocortisone butyrate, tetracycline hydrochloride, procaine hydrochloride assay developed and validated for the first time. Chemical and microbiological stability of both ointments were estimated and rheological parameters were studied during the research.
