Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of pathogenetic mechanisms of bone tissue restoration in an experimentally developed bone defect of the tibia in rats. It is pathogenetically justified the feasibility of using a combined administration of chitosan nanoparticles with lovastatin intra-muscle and metal nanocarboxy metals Ca, Fe, Cu, Co, Zn, Mg orally to stimulate reparative osteogenesis. The complex effect of a mixture of nanomaterials on various pathogenetic links is confirmed by the dynamics of biochemical parameters, morphofunctional picture and data of X-ray examination. The use of a combination of nano-encapsulated lovastatin with nanocarboxylic metals in rats with post-traumatic bone defect leads to an effective correction of the post-traumatic reparative process, which manifests itself as a significant normalization of markers of osteorresorption and osteoregeneration (Ca, P, phosphatase, glycosaminoglycans, collagenolytic activity of plasma, C-reactive protein, sialic acids and oxyproline), an improvement in the morphological picture of the damaged area of ??the bone, a positive X-ray diffusion of closure to permanent defect.
