Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the improvement of the results of surgical treatment of patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities, associated with undifferentiated dysplasia of the connective tissue, by individualizing the indications and choosing the optimal regimen for the incidence of endovascular laser coagulation. The characteristic phenotypic, biochemical and sonographic criteria of connective tissue dysplasia in patients with varicose veins are established. On the basis of the mathematical model, it is proved that the increase of the laser optical fiber traction more than 5 mm / s and the installed power of 10 W significantly reduces the negative effect of the thermal energy of radiation on the vessel wall in patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities associated with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia, which is confirmed by clinical observations, namely the reduction of the number of local thermal complications by 1,98 times, according to the VCSS scale, with a good and excellent cosmetic effect of 87,5 %.
