Zakharov V. The financial provision for the development of the energy sector of Ukraine

The economic essence determined and the features of financial provision of energy sector enterprises are determined, regardless of their form of ownership and participation of the state in the management. The sources of financial provision for the development of the energy sector are summarized. The foreign experience and modern approaches to energy financing are systematized. The modern situation and the main trends of Ukrainian energy sector are investigated and overviewed the dynamics of financial provision of the energy sector of Ukraine. The econometric model was created to determine the impact of exogenous economic factors on the effectiveness of financial provision of the enterprises of the energy sector of Ukraine. The ways to improve the government regulation of the state energy sector were identified, also mentioned the approaches for financial provision strategy developing, which could be implemented on the enterprises of the energy sector. Investigated the possibilities to implement modern mechanisms and instruments to fund raising for the development of energy sector.
