The thesis is devoted to the study of psychological conditions of professional self-realization of workers in the sphere of advertising business. The dissertation identifies the theoretical approaches to the study of problems of professional self-realization. There were refined essence of professional self-realization of workers, selected components and indicators of professional self-realization of workers in the sphere of the advertising business: satisfaction with professional activities, professional skills, career growth, acceptance, self-actualizing individual. There were identified the psychological conditions of professional self-realization of workers in the sphere of the advertising business, which consists of : "development of professionally significant values and motives"; "acquisition and activation of professionally meaningful knowledge"; "development and improvement of professional skills and abilities"; "development of professionally significant personal qualities", that promote productive professional self-realization of the workers of the sphere of advertising business. There were analyzed psychological conditions and components of professional self-realization. We proved correlation between the psychological conditions of professional self-realization of workers in the sphere of advertising business and the components for professional self-realization of workers in the sphere of advertising business. It was substantiated and developed a program of psychological training of workers in the advertising business for professional activity, proven effectiveness of their use in practical activity of workers in the sphere of the advertising business.
