Dissertation work is devoted to rising of efficiency of treatment of sterility at women with pathology of mammary glands on the basis of studying the clinical-ehografical, endocrinologic and hemodynamic features and improvement of algorithm of auxiliary genesial technologies. The role of benign pathology of mammary glands is scientifically proved at various forms of female sterility. The structure and frequency of accompanying genital pathology and sterility factors taking into account a mastopathy form is presented. Features of genesial health of women and nature of dishormonal disturbances with sterility against benign pathology of mammary glands are presented. Interrelations between functional condition of genesial system, nature of changes in mammary glands and features of auxiliary genesial technologies are established. It allowed to dilate available data on pathogenesis of female sterility, and also scientifically to prove need of improvement of algorithm of diagnostics and sterility treatment at women with benign pathology of mammary glands. Comparative aspects of structure, the genesial anamnesis, duration and feature of treatment of female sterility are investigated at existence and absence of benign pathology of mammary glands. Features of clinical course of sterility are shown at various forms of mastopathy. The technique of carrying out auxiliary genesial technologies at women with benign diseases of mammary glands on the basis of use of the differentiated approach to various options of stimulation of superovulation and control of functional condition of genesial system and mammary glands is improved. Control methods behind efficiency of treatment of sterility at patients with various forms of benign diseases of mammary glands are offered. Comparative aspects of clinical course of pregnancy at women with benign pathology of mammary glands after treatment by various techniques of auxiliary genesial technologies are presented.
