The comparative aspects of the clinical course of pregnancy, childbirth and early neonatal period in women by the destructive treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in the history are presented. The method of prevention of miscarriage of pregnancy and perinatal pathology in women of this category is proposed. In addition, the relationship between perinatal consequences of birth, the functional state of the fetoplacental complex is established.
