Essay

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of methodological bases and development of practical principles of formation of market of products of organic agriculture. The work summarizes the theoretical approaches to the essence and place of organic agriculture in the socioeconomic system of the XXI century, the peculiarities, principles and conditions of the formation of the market of organic agricultural products particularly its institutional aspect are substantiated. The essence, structure, principles, functions and tools of the institutional mechanism of formation of the market of products of organic agriculture are revealed. The author analyzes the current state and identifies the main tendencies and problems of the formation of the market of products of organic agriculture in Ukraine. Considerable attention is paid to the study of the substantiation of her own vision of the process of institutionalization of the organic products market. Within the determined theme and tasks in the dissertation a number of scientific and practical results were obtained: theoretical positions regarding the purpose of organic agriculture development and the formation of the market of its products were improved; the segmentation of consumers of organic agriculture products was performed in 4 groups (occasional, stable, wholesale purchases for processing and government procurement, importers), which made it possible to clarify the instruments of influence on the target groups and to determine the priorities of the national policy of formation of demand for organic agriculture products. It is based on series of measures for the formation of marketing strategies for sale of organic agriculture products in the domestic and foreign markets. Taking foreign experience into account allowed the author to propose methodological approaches to the development of state support measures, on the basis of which a draft Regional Program for the support of producers of organic products was developed on the example of the Vinnytsia region, which is aimed at accelerating the formation of the local market of organic products. This proposal allows to determine the content, main priorities, sequence and tools of state measures for the formation of organic farming market in Ukraine
