Essay

In the dissertation work the results of the development of constructive and technological approaches to the creation of organic field transistor structures based on the first synthesized organic semiconductors of derivatives of carbazoles and pyrazolin are presented. The analysis of output and transmission voltage characteristics of the developed organic structures showed that their parameters are not inferior to the parameters of transistor structures formed on amorphous silicon. The causes of changes in the behavior of the initial characteristics of the p-channel structure on the basis of pyrazoline derivatives, depending on the geometric length of the channel, are analyzed. The nature of the occurrence of ambipolar behavior of the output voltage characteristics of transistor structures on the basis of an organic semiconductor of 1,7-bis (9-ethyl-3-carbazole) N, N'-2-ethyl-hexyl perylene bisimide under the action of light radiation is investigated. On the basis of the detected electrostrictive effect in diode structures based on star-shaped carbazole derivatives, three (9-hexylcarbazol-3-yl) amines and electron transport compounds of 3,6-di (9-carbazole) -9- (2-ethylhexyl) carbazole aluminum it is suggested to use this structure for the creation of electromechanical transducers.
