Navrotsky R. Economic Stimulation of Environmental Innovations Introduction in the Region (on Example of Rivne Region)

Suggested directions of implementation of the state policy are concerning the update of the legal and regulatory framework in the use of the directives of the European Union and the alignment of the national legislation on economic stimulation to the European level. The foreign experience of economic stimulation of ecological innovations introduction is generalized. Based on the analysis of economic indicators and major sources of pollution, recommendations were made regarding the economic stimulation of the introduction of environmental innovations in the region. The mechanism of economic stimulation that implements ecological innovations has been proposed. The introduction of an innovative cogeneration module for utilizing biogas into its energy transformation is economically justified. A draft waste sorting complex was developed. The allocation of funds between the biogas production project at the Rivne land fill solid waste lands and the introduction of a waste sorting station has been improved.
