Turkova O. The legal nature of procedures of providing administrative services in Ukraine.

The work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal nature of procedures for the provision of administrative services in Ukraine. Its dualistic character is found in the context of clarification of the legal nature of procedures of providing administrative services in Ukraine and it is offered to consider it in 2 aspects: a) administrative-legal that appears in the specific activity of authorized officers of bodies of public management on ensuring providing administrative services to subjects of the address; b) information-legal that is traced in the conditions of active development of information-communication technologies in the sphere of public administration where the electronic form of providing such services is recognized as priority. The system of procedures of providing administrative services is created, among which there are procedures: a) information-analytical ensuring activity on providing administrative services;) request for administrative service; c) acquaintance and works with the statement for providing administrative service; d) internally-organizational activity of subjects of providing administrative services; e) control procedures and etc. The essence of procedures for the provision of administrative services in Ukraine is disclosed. Structural procedural aspects of the creation and operation of the register of administrative services are examined. The problems of responsibility for violation of the legislation in the field under investigation for the formulation of scientifically based recommendations on the improvement of domestic legislation in this sphere are considered.
