Essay

The object of the research is the processes of innovative mechanisms formation of personnel development management of. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and scientific and methodological statemants regarding the development of a system of personnel development management at integrated industrial enterprises. Methods of research: theoretical generalization; grouping, systematization, systematic generalization, system approach; statistical analysis; economic-mathematical modeling; analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction. The following was proposed: for the first time: the model of goals formation of sustainable development of corporate enterprise personnel of the of the integrated holding was justified. The following was improved: a method for assessing the efficiency of integrated enterprises staff of the holding based on the use of a competent approach; components of the motivation system of the corporate enterprises personnel of the integrated mining-and-metallurgical holding; the model of labor income regulation of an employee of a corporate enterprise of a mining and metallurgical holding; model of the formation of an individual social worker package based on observance of the principles of sustainable development, social interaction and an individualized approach; the mechanism of cooperation of integrated holding enterprises with local communities on the basis of crowd-technologies. The following was developed: methodical approach to the formation of a management model for the development of corporate enterprises personnel; substantiation of the competent approach use in the personnel management system; mechanism for assessing the individual effectiveness of the employee.
