Essay

120 patients with stable angina pectoris functional classes II and III were studied. We were first establish that the higher functional class of stable angina pectoris, caused by more hemodynamically significant lesions, suggests an increase in the levels of the amino-terminal propeptide of the natriuretic peptide and C-reactive protein. We were the first establish that inclusion of allopurinol in the standart therapy of stable angina pectoris in patients with comorbbidity with asymptomatic hyperuricemia potentiates the sterngthening and positively induces the dynamics of the inflammatory activity. Results - improvement of the diagnosing and treatment of the stable angina pectoris. Field - medicine. It was introduced into the academic process and practical medicine.
