Object of study: system of eco-oriented management of small hydropower facilities on the basis of multi-purpose use of territorial natural-economic complexes. Objective: to improve of theoretical and scientific-methodological provisions on the ecologically-oriented use of small hydropower facilities and management of their operation in the context of the concept of sustainable development.Methods and apparatus: abstract-logical, system analysis, computational-analytical, economic-statistical, graph-analytical, software product Microsoft Excel 2016. Theoretical and practical results: some provisions of the work are brought to the level of methodological developments and specific proposals that can be used while increasing the productivity of natural resources in such complexes and the level of environmental safety of their functioning, to promote the expansion of the spheres of the use of resource functions of natural formations, including recreational nature use. Novelty: Novelty: proposed and defined the structural and logical essence of the concept of "territorial natural and economic complex of small hydro stations", which is understood to mean a local natural-economic system, which includes hydropower facilities and the adjacent territories and small riverside coast, on the basis of which the multipurpose use of their natural resource potential is organized; proposed as a criterion for the economic efficiency of the functioning of small hydroelectric power stations to use the growth rate of market value of business, based on the multi-purpose use of natural resource potential of TNEC small hydro stations; the scientific methodical approach to the formation of TNEC has been improved, which, unlike existing ones, allows to transform the natural resources of the adjacent small hydroelectric power stations into assets capable of generating added value and making profits through the use of their natural resource potential. The degree of implementation: the development and practical recommendations have been introduced. Scope (industry) of use: environmental economics and environmental protection.
