Kolpachenko N. Organizational and Economic Principles of Agricultural Enterprises Bio-Energy Potential Development

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological substantiation and practical elaboration of organizational and economic principles of development of bioenergy potential of agrarian enterprises. The work determines the place and role of bioenergy potential in the structure of economic potential of agrarian enterprises. Identified structural and functional characteristics of bioenergy potential of agrarian enterprises. Methodical approaches to assessing bioenergy potential and its cost-effective use have been developed and tested. Structural-dynamic tendencies of biofuel use in agrarian production in Ukraine and in the world have been identified. An estimation of the influence of the degree of mobilization of bioenergy potential on the economic efficiency of agrarian enterprises activity is performed. The tendencies of the implementation of energy efficient production-technological and organizational-managerial decisions by agrarian enterprises are revealed. The organizational principles of strategic planning for the development of bioenergy potential of agrarian enterprises are determined. The conceptual principles of construction of organizational and economic mechanism for managing the development of bioenergy potential of agrarian enterprises are substantiated. The procedure of efficient mobilization of components of bioenergy potential is outlined. The conceptual principles of construction of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the development of the bioenergy potential of the agrarian enterprise, based on the principles of the sequence of actions and the step-by-step control of their results, are based on changes in the external environment of the enterprise in terms of the dynamics of prices for energy resources of production to increase the efficiency of energy-efficient production-technological and organizational and managerial decisions in the operational management of the enterprise. The typology of structural components of the agricultural potential of the agrarian enterprise is developed by substantiating the attribution of bioenergy potential to functional potentials and its identification as a significant component of the resource potential of the enterprise and the definition of its internal structure on the basis of the isolation of the realized and unrealized potential, as well as the development potential.
