Complex analysis of juvenile justice in the Dnieper Ukraine in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries was carried out, in particular, it was cleared that the structure, purpose, and principles of activity of Ukrainian juvenile justice did not differ significantly from foreign analogues, however, they had some specificity expressed in their status as part of the system of the justice system, formed at the local level, and not at the national level.
