Shakhnazaryan K. Protection of rights to other people’s things under the laws of Ukraine.

The thesis is a special comprehensive study of the protection of rights to other people's things under the laws of Ukraine. In the dissertation the review of the literature on the topic of the dissertation was carried out and the directions of research were chosen. The concept of protection of rights to someone else's things according to the legislation of Ukraine is described. The concept is defined and the classification of rights over someone else's things, subject to protection, is carried out. The peculiarities of civil law protection of rights to someone else's things are considered in case of occurrence, implementation and termination of these rights. The ways to protect the rights over someone else's things and their classification is carried out. The peculiarities of substantive, legal, and special methods of protecting the rights of others are found. The theoretically substantiated proposals on improving the current civil legislation of Ukraine in the field of protection of rights to someone else's things are formulated.
